Mischa Haramia currently serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors at The Laurel Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting the well-being of transgender/gender-diverse youth and families affected by HIV/AIDS through various programs. With over 25 years of experience in the engineering industry, Mischa Haramia has held multiple leadership roles at Henderson Engineers, including Venue Sector Entertainment Practice Director and Principal, significantly contributing to the design of sports and recreation facilities. Notable projects include the Los Angeles NFL Entertainment District Stadium and Golden 1 Center. Prior experience includes positions at Ellerbe Becket as a Senior Designer, contributing to prominent venues like the AT&T Center and Soldier Field Renovation, as well as earlier roles in piping design at R.E. Warner, Middough, and MK Ferguson. Mischa Haramia holds a degree in Drafting Studies from Lorain County Joint Vocational School District.
