Audra Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Audra started their career in 2001 as an Office Manager and Accounting Manager at County Waste Inc. Audra then worked as an Office Manager at RGI (Randolph Griffin, Inc) before joining McCallister Development Group as a Controller, General Manager, Co-Owner, and Qualifier. Audra managed finances and daily office functions across six businesses in the construction, development, mortgage, property management, roofing, and title industries.

In 2007, Audra started their own company called halbrehder family agency, where they served as a Commercial Lines Insurance Processor and Technology - Website SEO. Audra also handled payroll management, customer service, and tax filings. Audra continued their entrepreneurial journey by founding PaperHaters, LLC, where they served as the Owner, Operator, and Website Designer. Audra provided affordable accounting and bookkeeping services, payroll processing, website design, and maintenance for small businesses.

Audra then transitioned to Advanced Forms and Printing as a Controller and Executive Assistant to the VP, overseeing accounting, cash management, human resources, and business administration. Audra prepared financials for review and audit by an outside CPA. After that, they worked at Haystak Digital Marketing as a Collections Specialist and Accounts Receivable billing for Cox Automotive Inc, managing billing for retail accounts.

From 2014 to 2019, Audra held various positions across business units and subsidiaries at Cox Automotive Inc. Audra then became a Senior Client Solutions Executive, focused on growing the company's client base. Audra joined Manheim, a subsidiary of Cox Automotive Inc, in 2016, where they served as a Group Lead for Women with Drive, a TRA/Salvage Operations Manager, and an Auto Auction Management/Leadership Trainee.

Currently, Audra works at Herc Rentals as a Team Lead for Customer Accounts in the US, responsible for Accounts Receivable and Collections. Audra previously held the position of Customer Account Specialist at the company.
