Navjyot Shanker

Navjyot Shanker is a seasoned professional at Hero MotoCorp, serving as Senior Manager of Business Strategy since July 2014. Responsibilities include leading national strategies to enhance two-wheeler retail through replacement demand, executing marketing campaigns, and managing sales teams. Navjyot also spearheads channel expansion initiatives such as the establishment of pre-owned outlets under the Hero Sure brand and oversees the Wheels of Trust tech platform for certifying and pricing used two-wheelers. Before this, Navjyot held various roles including Deputy Manager in Innovation Cell and Operations, and gained experience at Tata Motors, Steel Authority of India Limited, and Heavy Engineering Corporation. Currently pursuing an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Navjyot holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
