Alexander Deitsch

Alexander Deitsch, J.D., L.L.M., currently serves as Corporate Counsel at Heron Therapeutics, Inc., where responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements and leading a data privacy compliance project. Prior experience includes positions as Associate Corporate Counsel and Associate Risk Counsel at AMN Healthcare, focusing on contract management and legal projects within the Risk Management department. Alexander began as a Trust Administrator at Wells Fargo, handling the administration of client trust documents, and also gained experience as an intern with the US Small Business Administration and as an Advocate at Whittier Law School's Center For Children's Rights. Alexander holds a Master of Laws in Business and Corporate Law from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Doctor of Law from Whittier Law School, along with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
