Danielle Short, CFBE, has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company since April 2009, overseeing operations at Devon Seafood + Steak and Houlihans Restaurant + Bar. Prior to this role, Danielle was the Assistant General Manager at Devon Seafood, contributing to its successful opening in April 2008 after comprehensive training in Kansas City, MO. Previous positions include managing a high-volume Houlihans Restaurant at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts from 2006 to 2008 and various roles at DiRenzo's Tavern from 1997 to 2005, a family-run establishment. Danielle holds an Associate of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Montgomery County Community College.
