Richard McCullough

Richard McCullough, P.E., currently serves as a Senior Estimator for National Construction at Herzog, a position held since April 2009, where previous roles included Senior Project Engineer, Lead Estimator, Project Engineer, Estimator, Field Engineer, and Property Manager. Prior to this, Richard worked as a Structural Design Engineer at Johnston Burkholder Associates, LLC from May 2005 to April 2009. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology (2003-2005) and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technologies from Missouri Western State University (1999-2003).
