Delivery Manager (Migrations)

This role can be fully remote in Europe (with occasional travel to our London office) within +/- 2 hours of the GMT time zone. We are unfortunately not able to consider candidates located outside this time zone at this stage.
About you
The Delivery Manager will be part of the Migrations team helping onboard new clients and migrate medical data from their previous system to Semble. Our ideal candidate will have experience of coaching and facilitating a continuous improvement process resulting in a better overall delivery of value to clients. You will be working closely with both the Customer Support and Customer Experience teams.
What you will be doing
Leading client meetings, building rapport, advising on the data migration process (including defining the required data), and ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the migration.
Acting as an enabler to the migration process, ensuring migrations are delivered on time, efficiently, and to a high-quality standard.
Proactively managing team capacity, balancing workloads, and ensuring team schedules align with business priorities.
Monitoring progress and providing updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
Using tools like HubSpot and Jira to provide visibility of migration work, tracking progress, and creating detailed plans.
Liaising with third parties to establish timelines and ensuring these do not negatively impact migrations.
Facilitating Agile ceremonies, workshops, and discussions to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
Ensuring adherence to agreed-upon standards and the delivery of high-quality work.
Highlighting inefficiencies and investigating opportunities to improve end-to-end cycle times.
Helping shape team goals and aligning them with business objectives.
Required skills
1-3 years’ experience in a Delivery Manager role
Strong client facing skills
Strong interpersonal skills including facilitation and coaching and able to lead and influence others
Strong communication skills and experience liaising with all levels of Stakeholders
Able to solve problems and issues as they occur in a calm, methodical manner
Ability to challenge where appropriate
Experience working on technical projects
Self-motivated, organised, and focused on delivering value to clients.
Basic understanding of different data formats (e.g., CSV) and familiarity with database structures.
Promoting and embedding Agile principles and delivery techniques
Desirable skills
Experience using: Jira, Miro and Hubspot
Start up or scale up experience for a technology product company
Collating and tracking metrics to help with effective forecasting so that delivery estimations are as accurate as possible
Helping to both highlight and manage cross-team dependencies
Experience of managing projects
