Currently serving as Director of Procurement Operations at HF Sinclair, Mike oversees a team supporting procurement and warehousing across five assets, including midstream operations. In prior roles at Shell, Mike expertly managed contracting and procurement for the Puget Sound Refinery, achieving significant cost savings and overseeing over $200 million in annual indirect spending. Earlier experience includes leadership positions in the US Navy, where Mike managed logistics and procurement for various military operations. Mike holds an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University.
