Pablo Rivera III

Pablo Rivera III is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Executive Director at HHS, LLC since July 2025, Pablo's previous roles include Regional Operations Support Manager at Sodexo and Division Manager at SMS Healthcare. Prior to these positions, Pablo held the title of Executive Director of Environmental Services at UF Health and Director of Environmental Services at HHS - Hospitality Services. With a background that includes managing operations at a significant level two trauma center and overseeing a large team of over 100 union employees, Pablo has demonstrated expertise in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency. Pablo holds a degree from Western Governors University and has completed studies at Rockland Community College.
