Tyler Chavez

Senior Director, Corporate Development & Alliance Management at HI-Bio

Tyler Chavez has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tyler is currently working as the Senior Director of Corporate Development & Alliance Management at HIBio since July 2022. Prior to this, Tyler worked as an Adjunct Faculty at The Johns Hopkins University starting from January 2017.

Tyler began their career at Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures (JHTV) as a Business Development Associate from November 2015 to April 2017. Tyler sourced and evaluated new business opportunities and managed industry collaborations with biopharmaceutical companies. Prior to this, they worked as a Technology Analyst at JHTV from October 2014 to November 2015, evaluating technologies for commercial and technical feasibility.
