Wes Huff

Wes Huff is a seasoned engineering and management professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Installations at Hiab since December 2023. Previously, Wes held the position of Engineering Manager at Worthington Steel from July 2013 to December 2023, having been promoted from Senior Electrical Engineer in September 2015, where responsibilities included managing engineers and team development. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Black Belt/Controls Engineer at Johnson Controls, achieving significant cost savings through production and quality improvements, and as Engineering Manager/Controls Engineer at Drivesol Worldwide, Inc. Wes began a career in engineering at Decoma Autosystems/Federal Mogul, ultimately serving as Engineering Manager. Wes holds an MBA in Information Technology from the University of Toledo and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the same institution.
