Prior to this role, Hina Mehta worked at UBS from January 1999 to April 2019 as Executive Director and Counsel, where responsibilities included providing senior legal support for listed and cleared derivatives, encompassing futures, swaps, and equity options. Hina Mehta's expertise also involved client money segregation requirements, netting reviews, client negotiations, as well as compliance with futures exchange and SEF rule requirements.
