Ray L. Ngo

Mr. Ray L. Ngo, Esq., is a graduate of the University of Utah’s SJ Quinney College of Law, where he served as a member of the law review. He is a member in good standing of the Utah State Bar as well as the State Bar of New York. He is licensed to practice law in all state courts of Utah and New York, as well as in the United States District Court for the District of Utah and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
