William Roberts

William Roberts currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer at Highnote since June 2025. Prior to this role, William held various senior leadership positions at GoFundMe, including Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Vice President of Risk, Compliance & Platform Integrity, between September 2021 and June 2025. At PayPal, from April 2020 to September 2021, William was the Senior Director of Global Seller Risk Operations. William's career began at Braintree, where roles spanned from Risk Operations Manager to Director, Head of Global Risk Operations from September 2012 to May 2020. Additionally, William worked as a Risk Analyst at Fiserv EFT from October 2010 to September 2012. William earned a Master of Science in Financial Crime and Compliance Management from Utica University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from John Jay College (CUNY).
