Louise James currently serves as the Group Head of HR at HIGHVERN since August 2023. Prior to this role, Louise held the position of Regional Head of HR Asia and Senior Vice President at Apex Group Ltd from November 2018 to September 2023. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Manager, HR Business Partnering for Europe at Equiom Group, Regional HR Manager for the UK and Crown Dependencies at Appleby, HR Strategy Consultant at Saltgate Limited, and Head of Human Resources at Santander Private Banking. Louise holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and Development from The University of Manchester and a BA Hons in Economics/Government from the University of Essex.
