Amy Seiders, LMFT, LPC, CCM, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical operations, sales, and behavioral health consulting. Currently serving as General Manager and Vice President of Strategic Clinical Operations at Higi since July 2021, Seiders has also been self-employed as a Private Healthcare Consultant since March 2019. Previous roles include Head of Sales at Karuna Health, Sales/Client Success Executive at Commure, and Vice President of Specialty Care Sales at MDLIVE, Inc. With a solid foundation from Humana, where Seiders worked for 11 years in various strategic and operational capacities, Seiders has demonstrated expertise in enhancing wellness services, increasing member satisfaction, and implementing effective health coaching programs. Seiders holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Arizona State University.
