Mike Anders MSc. CEng MIMarEST has extensive work experience in the maritime industry. Mike started their career at Allseas as a Commissioning Engineer. Mike then worked at Saipem as a 1st Engineer before joining the Tees Alliance Group as a Commissioning Engineer. Mike returned to Saipem as a 1st Engineer and later moved to Subsea 7, where they worked as a Senior Mechanical Dive Technician and then as a Senior DP Marine Engineer at GL Noble Denton. Mike joined BP as a QC Mechanical Engineer (Marine), responsible for monitoring and inspecting the installation and mechanical completion of marine systems. Most recently, Mike worked at Subsea 7 as a Deck Engineer (TLS Superintendent) and later as a 1st Engineer. Mike is currently employed at Hill Robinson Yacht Management as a Chief Engineer, overseeing major conversion projects and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Mike has demonstrated strong technical skills, safety awareness, and experience in managing teams and conducting inspections and maintenance activities.
Mike Anders MSc. CEng MIMarEST has a diverse education history. Mike obtained a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Maritime Operations from the University of Plymouth in the academic year 2018-2019.
