Pinky Parikh-Solanki

Pinky Parikh-Solanki is an experienced program manager currently serving as VP, Program Manager in the PMO at Hilltop Holdings since May 2022. Previously, Pinky held the position of Program Manager at McKesson from October 2017 to May 2022, focusing on business and IT alignment, resource management, process improvement, vendor management, risk mitigation, cross-functional coordination, and data engineering. Prior to McKesson, Pinky worked at TEKsystems as a Project Manager, managing various clients including McKesson Corp, HMS, CBRE, and Equifax from September 2015 to October 2017. Starting a career at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as an IT Specialist from August 2010 to August 2015, Pinky also served as a Senior Technical Analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas from December 2006 to August 2010. Education was obtained from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
