Michaël Bailly

Michaël Bailly serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Hilti Group since April 2021, where responsibilities include empowering development teams and maintaining the tech roadmap. Previously, Michaël held the position of Cohort Lead Architect, leading a team of over 15 technical and solution architects in an Agile environment. Prior to Hilti Group, Michaël worked at LINAGORA from February 2011 to February 2021, serving as the Lead Software Architect and VP of Engineering, managing a global R&D team for the OpenPaaS platform and overseeing the OBM groupware solution. Michaël's earlier roles include Chief Information Officer at Accentiv, Linux systems administrator at Telintrans, system administrator at Netclub, and system engineer at Jet Multimedia. Michaël holds a DUT in Electronics & Computing from Université Paris Nanterre, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
