Will Holmes

Will Holmes is an experienced professional in architecture, design, and construction, currently serving as Vice President of Architecture, Design & Construction for Latin America & The Caribbean at Hilton since May 2019. Holmes has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Capex & Retentions & Renewals and Project Director at Soho House & Co, where management of a team of 70 architects and interior designers was pivotal. Prior experience includes significant positions at Hilton and Accor UK, specializing in project management for hotel refurbishments and new builds. Holmes holds a Master's degree in Construction Commercial Management from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management from the University of Leeds.
