Michael Blüm has extensive work experience in human resources and legal roles. Michael started their career as the Leiter Personalberatung & Grundsatzfragen at VPV Versicherungen in 2005 and worked there until 2012. Michael then joined ROMACO GROUP as the Group Director Human Resources & Legal and stayed with the company until 2019. Since 2019, they have been the Head of Global Human Relations & Legal at HIMA.
Michael Blüm has an education history that includes studying law at the University of Mannheim, where they obtained a degree called Referendar in the field of Rechtswissenschaft. Additionally, they completed a program called Assessor iuris at Land Rheinland Pfalz.
