Tara Dugal

Tara Dugal has extensive experience in client and operations management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Client Experience and Operations Manager at Hines since June 2022, and concurrently as Operations Manager at THE SQ. Prior roles include Area Manager and Community Manager at Industrious from October 2019 to May 2022, and Studio Manager at MOTION Stretch Studio from March 2019 to October 2019, as well as at Revolution Studio from 2014 to 2019. Tara's earlier career included positions at Print Mania as Outside Sales, Sam's Club as Member Service Assistant Manager and Management Intern, and internships at Henderson State University and the Arkadelphia Alliance and Chamber of Commerce. Tara holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Henderson State University.
