Anni Roinila

Anni Roinila currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Hion, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Anni Roinila worked at Gofore from April 2018 to February 2025, initially as the Head of Employee Experience, Culture, and Internal Communications, focusing on cultural development and employee engagement. Anni Roinila also held positions as Head of Growth and Culture and Head of Recruiting and Employer Branding at Gofore. Previous experience includes serving as the Nordic Recruiting Lead for Accenture Digital from March 2015 to March 2018, a Recruitment Manager at Barona from December 2012 to February 2015, and earlier roles in recruitment and HR at Barona Group Oy and Bouygues Travaux Publics. Anni Roinila holds a Master's degree in Political Science, Business, and French from the University of Tampere and the Université de Bordeaux.
