Kai Jian Chua

Kai Jian (KJ) Chua is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at HipVan since 2025, KJ previously held positions such as Corporate Development & Finance at Doctor Anywhere, and Head of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development at Pinhome. KJ has been an Investor and Board Director at M1 Finance and involved with several other companies including Flipkart, Chime, Brex, Block Renovation, and Klook as an Investor and Board Observer. Prior experience includes serving as Investment Vice President and Associate at SoftBank Investment Advisers. KJ holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Science in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University, as well as a high school diploma from Hwa Chong Institution.
