Elina Huhtilainen

Elina Huhtilainen is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as CFO at HiQ Finland since February 2025, Elina has previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Manager of Finance and Administration at Attido from October 2017 to February 2025. Additional experience includes Manager of Finance & Administration at Aico from January 2019 to June 2021, and Country Finance Lead for HP from August 2015 to August 2017, where Elina contributed to management reporting across Finland and the Baltics as a member of the HP Finland Oy Management Team. Earlier career roles include Finance Lead for PPS Finland & Baltics at Hewlett-Packard from February 2007 to July 2015, along with a position as Business Analyst within the same organization, and Accountant at TietoEnator from October 2005 to February 2007. Elina holds a Master's degree in Management & Organisation, with a focus on Accounting & Finance from the University of Vaasa, earned between 2003 and 2007.
