Theresa Decker

Theresa Decker is a seasoned professional in user experience and design, currently serving as Senior Director of User Experience at HireVue since February 2025. Previously, Theresa held various leadership and design roles at Think Company from October 2017 to February 2025, including VP of Design and Director of Design. Prior experience includes a Senior Product Designer position at P'unk Avenue, LLC, and several design roles at Bluecadet Interactive and Chronicle Books. Additionally, Theresa contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Tyler School of Art - Temple University, teaching Graphic and Interactive Design. Theresa earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic and Interactive Design from Temple University and a Professional Certificate in Designing and Building AI Products and Services from MIT xPRO.
