Filipe Homem

Filipe Homem is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in management and project delivery. Currently serving as Operations Director at Hiscox since January 2012, Filipe has honed expertise in operations management, performance and quality monitoring, SLA management, and business planning, having previously held the role of Operations Manager. Prior to Hiscox, Filipe worked as a Consultant at Accenture from September 2005 to January 2011, focusing on performance management in the banking and resources sectors. Filipe's educational credentials include a Digital Transformation Program at IESE Business School, an Executive Master in Management Control & Performance from ISCTE Executive Education, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Universidade de Coimbra.
