Lindsey Ross has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of HR roles. Lindsey currently serves as the Director of People at Historic Environment Scotland since October 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Lloyds Banking Group in various positions, including Head of Talent & Development and Head of Human Resources for Insurance Operations and Bank of Scotland Branch Network. Lindsey also worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership. Lindsey has extensive experience in managing projects, driving talent strategies, and enhancing customer service levels. Lindsey has a strong track record of delivering results and building positive relationships with stakeholders.

Lindsey Ross attended The University of Edinburgh from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Social Policy. Lindsey has no additional certifications outside of their education.
