Lucas William Via

Luke Via currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Hiver, a customer service platform designed for Google Workspace, since September 2024. Prior to this role, Luke held multiple positions at Insightly, culminating in the role of Vice President of Customer Success, where notable achievements included scaling the Customer Success organization and significantly increasing revenue metrics. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Parsely, Inc., where Luke initiated customer success efforts, and a foundational role at GoPro, where support operations were managed for a global customer base. Luke began professional endeavors as an Account Executive at Revel Systems and a Microsoft Windows Sales Representative at The Rice Company. Luke holds a BA in Business with a focus on Marketing from the University of San Diego.
