Matt Schlessman

Matt Schlessman has a diverse work experience spanning different leadership roles and industries. Matt is currently the VP of Global Customer Success at Kantata since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Mavenlink from 2017 to 2022, holding roles such as VP of Worldwide Enterprise Sales and VP of Advisory Services. Before Mavenlink, Matt was the Principal and Owner of Sutherland Road Associates from 2017 to 2022. Additional experience includes being the VP of Sales at FFW from 2015 to 2017, VP of Sales at Blink Reaction from 2014 to 2015, and SVP of Sales & Relationship Management at Verivo from 2011 to 2013. Matt also served as the Sr. Director of Professional Services at Acquia from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, Matt held multiple roles at 170 Systems, including Program Director, SaaS Program Director, Practice Director, and Consulting Manager from 2001 to 2009. Matt began their career as a Technical Consultant at 170 Systems in 2000 and later worked as a Technical Consultant at Manhattan Associates from 1998 to 2000.

Matt Schlessman received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Business from the University of Minnesota. Prior to attending the University of Minnesota, they attended St. Ignatius in Cleveland, OH from 1989 to 1993. No specific degree or field of study is provided for their time at St. Ignatius.
