Luke Via

Luke Via has an extensive background in customer success, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Hiver. Prior experience includes multiple leadership roles at Insightly, where Luke held positions as Vice President, Senior Director, and Director of Customer Success. Luke also contributed to customer success at Parsely, Inc. as Director and Customer Success Manager. Previous roles include Customer Support Team Lead at GoPro and Account Executive at Revel Systems iPad Point of Sale. Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from the University of San Diego, earned between 2007 and 2011.
