Mike MacCombie is a seasoned professional in the venture capital and startup ecosystem, currently serving as a Builder at Building Something New since December 2022, and holding multiple roles including Head of Platform at Surface Ventures, Venture Partner at H/L Ventures and NextGen Venture Partners, and Mentor at Techstars. As Co-Founder of The Underground, Mike MacCombie contributes to a community supporting diverse entrepreneurs in tech. Previous experiences include serving as Director of Platform at ff Venture Capital and an Investor at Evertrue Ventures. With a B.A. in Economics, Public Policy, and Education Studies from Brown University, Mike MacCombie leverages expertise in behavioral science to assist startups and established companies with engagement and growth strategies.
