Chris Webb, CCM, LEED AP, serves as a Senior Program Manager and Senior Project Manager at HPM since August 2018, overseeing all phases of capital building programs, including due diligence, programming, design, construction, and closeout. Previous experience includes positions as Project Manager at Astra Group, Inc., Operations/Sr. Project Manager at J.K. Lockwood Construction, and Senior Project Manager at Potts Construction, where responsibilities ranged from project management and team coordination to business development and process improvement. Chris started as an Assistant Project Manager at R.J. Griffin & Company and progressed through various roles in the construction field, building expertise in managing large-scale projects across sectors such as education, healthcare, and municipal facilities. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction from Georgia Southern University.
