RJ Theofield, AICP, PP, currently serves as the Manager of Capital Planning and previously held the position of Planner for Community Development at the City of Hoboken since August 2021. From July 2020 to February 2021, RJ worked as a Contract Environmental Protection Specialist at Bonneville Power Administration. Prior experience includes serving as the Community Development Coordinator and Interim City Administrator for the City of Monroe from September 2017 to September 2018. RJ holds a Master's degree in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design, Policy, and Planning from Stony Brook University (2014-2017).
