Robert Fulton, CPM, currently serves as the Secretary/Treasurer and Founding Member of the Hoboken Court Officers Association, Inc., overseeing all correspondence and financial matters. With extensive experience in law enforcement, Fulton has held various roles in the Fraternal Order of Police New Jersey Lodge No. 46, Inc., including Past President and Lodge Secretary, and is a National Committee Member for the National Fraternal Order of Police. Fulton's positions also include Municipal Court Officer and Safety & Compliance Officer for the City of Hoboken, along with being an instructor at the Essex County Police Academy. Achieving Certified Public Manager designation in New Jersey, Fulton is also a certified Security Officer Instructor and has held numerous leadership roles in related organizations, including the ASIS Northern NJ Chapter XIII. Fulton's law enforcement career spans over three decades, with significant contributions to training and operational management within the Hoboken Police Department.
