Mel Jones, MCA, ECMCA, currently serves as the Director of Inclusion at Hoffman Construction Company since October 2021. Previously, Mel held roles at JE Dunn Construction, including Senior Diversity Manager and Senior Diversity & Inclusion Manager from March 2018 to October 2021. Prior to that, Mel was the NW Diversity Manager at Skanska from September 2010 to March 2018, providing strategic counsel on diversity issues to senior management in the Oregon and Washington regions. Additional experience includes serving as National Diversity Director and Owner/Project Manager at RUCKER LDC, LLC from February 2003 to September 2010, as well as owning and editing HKU Publishing from February 2006 to March 2010. Earlier roles also include Project Manager at Cardno WRG and Designer at W&H Pacific. Mel holds a Master's degree in Compliance Administration from Morgan State University, attained between October 2012 and October 2016.
