Jacob Hense

Jacob Hense has extensive experience in operational leadership and machine operations, currently serving as Group Lead at Hoffmaster Group, Inc. since October 2005. In this role, Jacob oversees the daily operations of five departments focused on safety, quality, and efficiency. Formerly, Jacob held positions as a machine operator, where responsibilities included attending to the Bretting napkin press and ensuring quality assurance, and as an Offset Press Assistant/Die Cutter, assisting the Press Operator and using a die cutter for placemat patterns. Prior experience includes a position as crew boss/tree trimmer at Secluded Land Company from August 2000 to October 2004, leading a three-man crew in various tasks, including work distribution and site selection using a variety of equipment. Jacob completed education at Fox Valley Technical College in 2013.
