Alvaro Gómez-Pallete

Alvaro Gómez-Pallete is currently the Head of HR at Hoist Finance, a position held since November 2017. Previously, Alvaro served as the HR and Communications Director for Iberia at BNP Paribas Cardif from June 2000 to June 2017, where responsibilities included integrated HR and communications management and leadership in creditor protection. Additionally, Alvaro has experience as the HR and Communication Director for Spain and as the Head of Communications Spain, overseeing communication strategies and brand positioning. Alvaro's career includes roles as Key Accountant Manager in Securities Services at BBVA and Bank Agent at Citi. Education includes a Bachelor in Business Administration from Universidad CEU San Pablo, a Master in HR Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School, and a Marketing and Technology program at IE Business School.
