Stefanos Zonios

Stefanos Zonios is an experienced professional in the field of mining and quarry operations, currently serving as the Mines and Quarries Operations Manager at Holcim since March 2019. Previously held the position of Aggregates Quarries Operations Manager at the same company and was the North Greece Quarries Manager at Lafarge from March 2009 to March 2019. Earlier experience includes a role in tunneling at AKTOR SA from March 2006 to March 2009. Stefanos's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Mineral Resources Engineering from the Technical University of Crete, a Master’s degree in Chemistry and Technology of Materials from the University of Ioannina, an MBA from the University of Macedonia, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Quarry Management and Operations from the University of Leicester.
