Matt Harris has extensive experience in customer journey management and digital experience, having held various leadership roles at Holiday Extras since January 2010, including Group Customer Journey Lead and Digital Experience Lead. Prior to this, Matt served as a Guest Experience Improvement & Development Manager and a Guest Experience Multi Channel Manager within the same organization. Additional experience includes working as an Open Water PADI DiveMaster at IDC Koh Tao and a Claims Officer at QBE Insurance. Matt began a career in sales and consultancy with positions at Holiday Extras and World Expeditions. Educational background includes attendance at Brockhill Park Performing Arts College from 2003 to 2010.
