Adam Airhart

Adam Airhart serves as the Associate General Counsel & Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at Hollister Incorporated since March 2020. With a strong background in intellectual property and technology transactions, Adam founded AIRHART IP, LLC in 2019, leveraging 14 years of in-house legal experience to provide clients with practical solutions. Previously, Adam was the Associate General Counsel at Brunswick Corporation from 2005 to 2019, where responsibilities included managing patent and trademark portfolios while advising executive leadership. Earlier experience includes litigation work at Brinks Gilson and Lione and research at Los Alamos Laboratory. Adam holds a J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude, as well as MSE and BSE degrees in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Michigan.
