Tom Sear

Tom Sear is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial operations and systems, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Finance Operations and Technology at Hollister Incorporated. Since joining the company in October 2008, Tom has held various leadership roles, including Director of Global Finance Systems and Processes, Director of Financial Planning and Pricing US, and Director of Manufacturing Finance. Prior to Hollister, Tom accumulated valuable experience at Kraft Foods Group from June 1998 to October 2008, where positions ranged from Sr. Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to Financial Analyst. Tom also served as a Lieutenant in the US Army from June 1994 to June 1998. Tom holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
