Vincent Naughton

Vincent Naughton is a seasoned professional in research and development with a focus on medical devices and product engineering. Currently serving as a Research and Development Project Manager at Hollister Incorporated since August 2022, previous roles at the same company included Senior Lead Research & Development Engineer and Innovation Manager. Vincent held the position of Research and Development Lead at SymPhysis Medical for a brief period and has extensive experience at Hollister from November 2014 to February 2022, contributing to new product development in Continence Care. As a co-founder of Kovet, an Irish accessories manufacturer, and the Design Lead & Prototyping at Verus Precision Ltd, Vincent demonstrated a strong dedication to innovative design and product engineering. Vincent earned a BA in Industrial Design from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, in 2010.
