Tatiana Kalache

Tatiana Kalache is an experienced Research and Development Project Manager at Oakley, with a focus on lens technology and Vision Performance Lab projects since July 2010. Previously, Tatiana held roles as an R&D Project Supervisor and Lab Technician, contributing to the development of new technologies and cross-functional collaboration. Tatiana also has a background in education, serving as an SAT Math Instructor at DB Academics/Servite High School, a Trainer at Crossfit Brea, and a High School Math Teacher at Silverleaf Academy. Early teaching experience includes a position as a Math Instructor at Discovery Education. Tatiana holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Southern California and completed multiple courses in Negotiation Mastery at Harvard Business School Online.
