Ron Phann

Ron Phann has extensive experience in technical support and customer service, currently serving as the User Support Technician Lead at Hologic since August 2008. Prior to this role, Ron worked as a PC Technician at Hewlett-Packard from January 2006 to January 2007 and provided customer service and tech support at SECURITY SOURCE from August 2003 to June 2005. Ron holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology from New Hampshire Community Technical Colleges, where studies were completed between 2006 and 2008.
