Elisa Kim Reyes, CPA, MBT, is a seasoned tax professional currently serving as Principal in State and Local Tax at HCVT since February 2018, having previously held the title of Senior Manager in the same department. Prior to HCVT, Elisa served as Tax Manager at KPMG US from 2006 to 2015, specializing in State and Local Tax, Income Franchise, State Tax Compliance/Consulting, and Credit and Incentives. Elisa holds a Master’s degree in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California, completed in 2023, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Communications from UC San Diego.
