Arthur O Anderson M.D.

Arthur O Anderson MD is a retired medical professional with extensive experience in pathology and research, having held significant positions at the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases, including Director of the Human Research Protection Program and IRB Chair. Anderson has contributed to important research in immunology and vaccine development, notably identifying key chemokines and enhancing vaccine effectiveness through innovative adjuvants. An active member of the Hood College Board of Trustees since March 2017, Anderson continues to engage with the scientific community as an Emeritus Volunteer adviser while enjoying cycling across the USA and abroad.
