David Andrews

David Andrews is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in investment law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Investments at HOOPP since September 2020, David specializes in investment funds, securities, private equity, and sustainable investing. Previously, David held roles as Legal Counsel at Capital One and Ombudsman at Fidelity Canada, alongside earlier positions in legal counsel and clerking at McMillan LLP and the BC Court of Appeal. David holds a Juris Doctor from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Simon Fraser University, supplemented by a Spanish Language Certificate from George Brown College.
