Sal Melilli

Sal Melilli is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and President at HOA Brands since June 2018, Melilli has held various leadership positions including President and Chief Operating Officer, and EVP/Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining HOA Brands, Melilli co-founded HOOTS and served as Chief Operating Officer at Hooters Management Corporation from October 1991 to July 2018, overseeing marketing, operations, and brand strategy. Melilli began a career in sales as a Sales Manager at Nestles Food Company from December 1990 to September 1991. Melilli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, completed in 1990.
