Lisa Crane

Lisa Crane is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit development and fundraising. Currently serving as Senior Director of Development at HopeWell Inc since June 2021, Lisa previously held various leadership roles at The Schwartz Center for Compassionate Healthcare from October 2013 to May 2021, including Director of Individual and Foundation Giving and Director of Foundation Relations. Prior experience includes Associate Director of Foundation Relations at The Home for Little Wanderers from July 2006 to September 2013, and Assistant Publishing Director at Advantage Publications from June 2000 to June 2005. Lisa holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Institute for Nonprofit Practice, a Graduate Certificate in Publishing & Communications from Harvard University Extension School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Middlebury College.
